    Joint venture with Canal+/Canal Overseas, launching satellite television under brand name K+ with nation-wide coverage. This is the first  joint venture  business in  television area in Vietnam

    Vietnam Cable Television One Member Co., Ltd. was born.

    TV rights of top European foot -ball leagues: English Premier League season 2012-2013, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1 (expire at the end of season 2015)

    Lauching VTV PLUS service – live televi-sion service on the basis of OTT (Over the top).

     

    Cooperation with CMC Telecom to operate internet service on the nation-wide cable television network. Cable network expansion in the North – Middle – South in some major cities: Hồ Chí Minh City, Đồng Nai, Bình Dương, Bình Phước, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu, Lâm Đồng, Quy Nhơn, Cần Thơ, ….

     

    Digitalization was  with more SD, HD subscribers all over the country: Hà Nội, Hải Phòng, Đà Nẵng, Nghệ An, Thanh Hóa, Quảng Ninh, Quảng Trị, Thái Bình…

     

    Trial test and operation of interactive television service VTVlive – new television service with new experience on interactive functions on the internet bases with

    multiple access devices.

     

    May 2013, Vietnam Cable Television o­ficially changed brandname from VCTV

    to VTVcab and ofi­cially changed company to Vietnam Cable Television Corpora-tion One Member Co., Ltd

     

    2014

    Receiving nearly 10 new branches increasing the total number of provinces with VTVcab cable network coverage across the country to 50 as of  May 2/2014
